Ads we measure

We run ads on Google. Google's tag on this site tells us which ad brought you here, and whether you then clicked "Book a mentor call", used the salary tool, or booked a call. Google sees the pages you visit and those actions. It never gets your name or email from us. If we add another ad platform, this page will name it first.

Your 90-day plan

When you ask for the plan, we keep your email, first name (if you give it), your starting point and the page you asked from, in a database on Cloudflare. Our email service, Resend, sends the plan and keeps a copy of your email and name on our contact list. To stop spam, we also keep a scrambled version of your IP address for one day. We use these only to email you about becoming a sales engineer.

Mentor calls

Calls are booked on Cal.com and paid through Stripe. They hold your name, email and card. We see your name, email and the time you picked, and use them only to run the call.

Everything else

• Our host, Cloudflare, keeps short-lived server logs (like your IP address) for security.
• Your browser remembers your light or dark choice and your cookie choice. That stays on your device.
• We don't sell your data.

Your choices

• In the EU and UK we ask first, and nothing loads until you say OK.
• If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we load no ad tags at all.
• To change your answer, clear this site's data in your browser.
• Google ad settings: My Ad Center.
